Travelling from Nelson

Leave Nelson on SH 6, towards Richmond and Motueka. If coming from Nelson Airport, join SH6 towards Richmond and Motueka. Continue on SH6 through Richmond and at the roundabout (Three Brothers) turn right along the Coastal Highway, SH 60,(signed Motueka and Collingwood) for approx 20 kms until you see the turnoff sign for Tasman, Mapua & Scenic Drive on your right. Turn right and shortly you will enter Tasman village.

Travelling from Motueka

If you are travelling from Motueka, take SH60 (Coastal Highway) towards Richmond and Nelson and at the Tasman turnoff, take the left turn to enter Tasman village.

From Tasman Village

As you drive through the village, on your right you will see the Tasman General Store, turn left immediately into Kina Beach Road, (also signed to Tasman Golf Club). After 1km, turn left onto Kina Peninsula Road.

Follow the road along the estuary for about l.5km until you reach the beach on your right. Turn to your left into Helme Orchard Estate - this is a private roadway. You will see some mailboxes on the corner.

Almyra Luxury Bed and Breakfast Accommodation is at 193 Kina Peninsula Road. It is the first property on the left. The private entrance to the accommodation is the second driveway on the left. Drive down to the accommodation and park near the house to unload. Guest parking is at the bottom of the drive. Welcome!
